The Small Business Center at Cleveland Community College is increasing the number of its offerings.

Christopher "Chris" Moore, 28, died Tuesday, Apr. 12, 2016, at his home. A native of Cleveland County, he is the son of Michael Dean Moore and Donna Jamison Moore. He worked at Landmark Construction.

Michael Thomas Jolly age 62 died Sunday April 10, 2016 at his home.

The Junior Youth of the Year Award was presented to three-year Club member Samantha Davis who has been active in both the After-School Program and the Jack & Ruth Schweppe Summer Day Camp Program.

State and county officials dedicated the new $19 million Cleveland County Public Health Center last Tuesday, April 5. The facility, which offers 18 services to county residents located at 200 S. Post Road in Shelby, opened its doors March 7, 2016.
