The retirees fished Lake Norman last week, John Black and David O'Shields got the win with 10.74. Rick LaMountain was second with 8.64 and third went to Earl and John Proctor with 8.35. Big bass was a 3.89 brought in by Earl and John Proctor.

It's July and I feel a sense of pressure. I'm thinking of food plots and practice shots. I'm thinking we are two weeks from August and August is thirty days from opening bow season in Kentucky. I'm thinking I'm not ready for this.
