Beatrice McGinnis Crotts Sisk, age 94, passed away peacefully on Monday October 7, 2019 at Peak Resources, Cherryville. She was born July 22, 1925 in Rutherford County to the late Robert and Doschia Donahue McGinnis. She was raised by Mamie Hardin.

Beatrice worked for years as a spinner and retired from Rhyne Mills. She was a well-loved mother and grandmother to her family. She loved the Lord and was a joy to be around. She will be missed.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years. Olin Franklin Sisk, son Dale Crotts, sister and brother-in-law, Phyliss and Joe Saylor.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra S. Harrison (Kevin) of Sunshine, NC two sons Jessie Willie Crotts of York, SC, and Michael Sisk (Fonda) of Cherryville, grandchildren, Jessica James (Jake), of Holden Beach, Leslie Blankenship (Kevin) of Sunshine, and Lindsey Harrison of Sunshine, along with eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Friday, October 11, 2019 at Carpenter's Funeral and Cremation Services with ______ officiating.

Burial will follow at St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 prior to her service at the funeral home.
