Edla Maria Plosila Elliott, R.N. (95) was born on August 25, 1925, in Tonopah, Nevada and passed away on April 7, 2021 in Tucson, Arizona.

She was a proud Registered Nurse, who served in the US Navy as a Lieutenant JG at Tripler Army Hospital in Oahu, Hawaii. There she met and married Charles Lattimore Elliott (Cdr. USN retired) on January 15, 1954. Together they travelled the world before retiring to Cleveland County, North Carolina.

She is met at Heaven's Gate by her loving husband Charles, her parents Jack Plosila and Hilda Tival, her sister Alma Plosila Berry, and her daughter Cheri Smith. She is survived by her daughters Cynthia Jorgensen, Carol Hanna, and Christina Robinson and son-in-law David Robinson. She leaves behind a legacy of 5 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
