Mr. Paul Franklin “PJ” Moss
Born in Gaston County, he was a son of the late Paul Franklin Moss, Sr. and Joyce Pruett Moss. Mr. Moss was a member of First Baptist Church Cherryville. A Cherryville New Year Shooter, he was employed by Advanced Powder Coating Solution of Cherryville. Mr. Moss is survived by four sons, Chad Franklin Moss of Cherryville, Christopher Bentley “ Peedab” Moss of Marion, Trinity Moss of Lawndale and Zachary Moss of Cherryville; four daughters, Carla Moss of Cherryville, Shelly McNeely of Kings Mountain, Chasity Moss and Chance Moss both of Cherryville; brother, Mark Moss of Cherryville and sister, Areanda Weaver of Cherryville and eight grandchildren. The family will receive friends 1:30 until 2:30 Sunday at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home. At other times the family will be at the home of Carla Moss, 101 Ridge Ave., Cherryville. A guest register is available at www.stameyfuneralhome.com. A Graveside Service will be 3:00 pm Sunday at City Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Owens officiating.
