Annie Bobbitt Noggle passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at Cleveland Pines Nursing Center.  A native of Cleveland County she was the daughter of the late Charles Raymond and Lula Fowler Bobbitt.  She was also preceded in death by her daughter Linda Noggle Clarke.  Mrs. Noggle was a proud member of Lafayette Street United Methodist Church where she became the oldest living member.  She was a proud mother and wonderful grandmother who adored her grandchildren.  She was a Christian lady, big Wolfpack fan, and a staunch Democrat.  Annie was a classy lady and a thoughtful, kind, considerate and loving friend.  She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Mrs. Noggle is survived by her son Charlie Noggle and wife Linda of Charlotte, NC; son-in-law Gary Clarke of Cornelius, NC; grandchildren, Chuck Clarke and wife Vicki of Kennesaw, GA, Jeff Clarke of Fort Mill, SC, Kimberley Noggle Roberts and husband Mark of Hickory, NC; great-grandchildren, Ashley and Alex Clarke, Patrick and Grayson Roberts.

A special thank you to the staff of Cleveland Pines, Hospice Cleveland County, and her loving roommate at the Pines, Janis Carpenter, for their loving care and support.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm at Sunset Cemetery on Saturday, April 7, 2012.  Dr. Tom Steagald will be officiating.
