Ashley Costner and Michael Hamrick

The Exchange Club of Shelby recognized Ashley Costner as Exchangite of the Year (2012-2013) on Monday, June 10, 2013.  Members of the Shelby Exchange Club chose to offer this special tribute to Ashley because she has unselfishly donated her time and efforts on projects and programs throughout the year.
Immediately following the completion of her specialist degree in school psychology in May of 2011, Ashley began searching for an organization where she could be involved in community service.  She was invited to attend the Exchange Club and discovered a place where her talents and dedication could be utilized.  Her outstanding work as club secretary and newsletter editor, as well as her tireless efforts on club projects has benefited the club in many ways.
