Barbara Ann Smith Greene, 81, of 315 Robinwood Drive, Shelby, passed away
Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Hospice at Wendover in Shelby.

Born November 14, 1934 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of the late
Vance Andrew Smith and Junie Wilson Smith. She was retired from Eaton and
was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Kings Mountain.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse
Greene; one great-grandchild; four brothers and a sister.

Survivors include two sons, Michael Smith and wife, Carol of Collettsville
and Jesse "Randy" Greene, Jr. and wife, Jeri of Shelby; daughter, Penny
Stepp and husband, Keith of Stanley; two sisters, Lucy Ledford of Morganton
and Hilda White of Kerens, West Virginia; nine grandchildren and seven
great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be 11:00 AM, Monday at Casar Baptist Church
Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Wells officiating.

The family will receive friends after the graveside service in the church
fellowship building.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Victory Baptist Church, 1314
Bethlehem Road, Kings Mountain, NC 28086.
