Teachers, parents, and students join hands at Jefferson Elementary School during the Cleveland County School’s Prayer Walk, held this past Sunday, August 24, at 5 p.m. Throughout the county, people gathered at every school to offer prayers for the new school year. The theme of the day was taken from the Bible verse: “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”  - Mark 11:24.
