Carol Dover Valentine, age 69, resident of 108 Water Oak Street, Kings Mountain, NC died April 17, 2012 at Gaston Memorial Hospital, Gastonia, NC.  She was born in Cleveland Co. NC to the late William Harold Dover and Elizabeth Royster Dover. 

 A loving mom, sister, and friend to all who was retired from the textile industry, like to crochet, and loved to travel.   She was a member of Westover Baptist Church, Kings Mountain, NC.

Sister: Pat Herndon and husband Charles, Kings Mtn. NC

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Friday, April 20, 2012 Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, NC   11:00 A.M.  Dr.  Steve Taylor and Jerry McDaniel, officiating.

VISITATION: 9:30 – 10:30 P.M. Friday, April 20, 2012 prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain, North Carolina other times at the home of the sister, 325 Bethlehem Road, Kings Mountain, NC 28086

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
