Mrs. Cathleen “Susie” Susan Ragan Blanton, 48, died Mon., April 16^th, in Ponchatoula, LA.  A native of Hammond, LA, she is the daughter of Vera Hebert Ragan and the late Stanley “Hickey” Ragan.  Susie loved her family and friends.  She loved to garden and take care of her flowers.  She was a great cook and an avid sports fan.

SURVIVED:  In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Robert “Shorty” Blanton; two daughters, Savanna and Kayla Ragan; stepson, Kevin Blanton; two step grandsons, Korey and Hunter Blanton; three sisters; three brothers; two sister-in-laws, Madelyn Ragan and Linda Phillips; and brother-in law, Tommy Blanton and wife Linda.

SERVICES: Funeral services and burial were held in Ponchatoula.
