Charles Dean Capps

Charles Dean Capps, 75, died Thurs., Nov. 24, 2016, at Testa Family Hospice House. He was the son of the late Don and Johnsie Carpenter Capps.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home
