Dennis Reed Wright, 57, passed away on March 1, 2012 at home.  A native of Cleveland County he was the son of the late W.D. and Stella Allen Wright.  He was also preceded by his wife, Cathy Elaine Wright.  Mr. Wright worked for the Cleveland County Schools bus garage.  He loved to fish, hunt and farm.

Mr. Wright is survived by his two daughters, Terra Wright Moftah and husband Mohamed and their children Amear and Maryam, all of Statesville, NC, and Lacey Wright Gaddy and husband Josh of Clinton, NC; brother, Dale Wright and wife Janice of Shelby.

A visitation will be held from 7:00 - 8:30pm on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Cecil M Burton Funeral Home and Crematory.  A private service will be held at a later date.

The family would like to express a special thanks to the employees of the bus garage for the help and support they have given.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Boy Scouts of America, Den 5, P. O. Box 354, Boiling Springs, NC 28017.
