Lawndale - Mr. Dennis Scott Heavner, 56, of Charity Drive, passed away on
Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at his residence.

Scott was born on August 20, 1963 in Cleveland County, NC a son of the late
Dennis Lee Heavner and Frances Hammitt Heavner.

Survivors include his son, Cody Heavner; a grandson, Jayce Heavner both of
the home; a sister, Lisa Eason of Vale; two brothers, Barry Heavner of
Crouse and Bengy Heavner of Bessemer City. Also surviving are several
nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home
Chapel with Dr. Vince Hefner officiating.
