Dorothy Mae "Dottie" Lewis Hull, 93, formerly of Fallston, passed away
Thursday February 8, 2018 at Huntersville Oaks.

Born December 2, 1924 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of the late
John Cleveland Lewis and Georgia Melviney Costner Lewis. She was owner and
operator of Dottie's Beauty Shoppe and was an active member of Fallston
Baptist Church since 1941 as long as her health permitted. Dottie was also a
member of Fallston Women's Club and the NC Beauticians Guild.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lee Roy
Hull; two brothers, Wray C. Lewis and Wellington H. Lewis; one sister,
Pauline L. Francis.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Sara Anne Hull Seagle and
Ralph Seagle of Charlotte; one grandson and spouse, Allen and Lori Seagle;
two great grandchildren and spouse, Justin and Jen Seagle and Emily Seagle;
sister-in-law, Virginia Lewis, three nieces and spouses, Michele and Larry
Johnson, Linda F. and Al Ackus, Cherie L. and John Morris; and other loving
great nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be Sunday form 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger
Funeral Home, Fallston.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Monday at Fallston Baptist Church
with the Rev. David Blanton officiating. The body will lie in state thirty
minutes before the service.

Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park.
