A native of Allen County, Lima, Ohio, Mr. Theis was employed as a truck driver.  He was a member of Mt.

Sinai Baptist Church and served in the U. S. Air Force in Vietnam.

He was the son of Ted A. Theis of Old Town, Fla. & Dorothy Moyers Chaskel of Findlay, Ohio.

He is survived by 3 brothers, Dennis Theis & wife, Sandra of Shelby, Joe Theis & wife, Jana of Houcktown,

Ohio and Mike Theis & wife, Shelly of Findlay, Ohio; two sisters, Kathi Pahl of Findlay, Ohio and Debbie

Smith & husband, Brian of Arcadia, Ohio.

Visitation:              Mt. Sinai Baptist Church Education Building, Saturday, 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.

Funeral:              Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Saturday, 2:00 p.m.
