Eddie Dean Newton, 66, of Victoria Drive, Ellenboro, passed away Thursday,
November 23, 2017 at Rutherford Hospital in Rutherfordton.

Born on May 23, 1951, in Cleveland County he was a son the late Cleve Edison
Newton and Pearl Mae Champion Newton.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Anne
Nanny Newton and three brothers, Hugh Lee Cook, Billy Joe Newton, and Cecil
Newton.

He is survived by four sisters, Dorothy Bray of Hickory, Wanda Goodwin of
Rutherfordton, Janice Turner of Bostic and Judy Sisk of Forest City.

Services will be held at a later date.
