Elizabeth Virginia Sheppard Bowle Elizabeth Virginia Sheppard Bowle, 84, of Lillac Rd. died July 18, 2017 at Carolinas Care Health and Rehab. She was born in Baltimore, MD on April 9, 1933 a daughter of the late John and Nancy Hilton Sheppard. Mrs. Bohle was retired from C & P Telephone in Baltimore In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two sons Paul and Tim Letrise.
