Faye Wright Richards, 97, of 311 Spurling Road, Lawndale, passed away
Sunday, September 4, 2016 at her home.

Born in Cleveland County on May 5, 1919, to the late David Franklin Wright
and Suzanna Jane Wright. She was a graduate of Fallston High School. She
retired from PPG and as an agricultural farmer. Mrs. Richards was a
lifelong member of Friendship United Methodist Church and enjoyed flower
gardening.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Carroll
Ezra Richards and four brothers, Clarence Wright, Marshall Wright, Ellis
Wright, and Forest Wright.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Brenda Richards of
Fallston; daughter and son-in-law, Janice and Lawrence Hoyle of Fallston;
granddaughter, Lori Hoyle of Fallston; granddaughter and spouse; Lisa R. and
Mark Lee of Fallston; three great grandchildren, Brittany Kay Lee, Brandon
Richard Lee, Cailla Marie Lee; and special kitty, Mitty.

The family will receive friend on Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at
Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home, Fallston. Condolences may be made online at

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Friendship
United Methodist Church with the Revs. Neal Brower and Jerry Welch
officiating. The body will be placed in the church thirty minutes before
the service.

The burial will follow in the Rose Hill Memorial Park.
