Two-year-old Chase Fowler dressed up as a fisherman on Saturday, Oct. 29th for the festivities at the Farmers' Market in Uptown Shelby. A pumpkin parade, pumpkin painting, trick or treating for kids, and live music rounded out the fun at the Shelby City Pavilion.
