KINGS MOUNTAIN- M. Gloria Collins Todd, 80, went to be with her Lord, Saturday, Aug. 19, 2017, at her home. A native of Onslow Co., NC, she was the daughter of the late David and Ethel Jones Collins. She was a resident of Kings Mountain for 60 years, where she was a member of Second Baptist Church.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Judy Todd Morrow; grandson, Jeremy Cooke; brothers, William "Toot" Jones and David "Buddy Roe" Collins; and sisters, Marie Collins Trott and Emma Sue Warren.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Henry "Preston" Todd, of the home; daughter, Sherry Todd Cooke and husband Wayne of Kings Mountain; son, Preston "Bruce" Todd of Surf City; sister, Brenda Collins Smith and husband Charles of Maysville, NC; son-in-law, Jerry Morrow of Kings Mountain; grandchildren, Ashley, Todd, Richie, Chris, Jon, and Brandon; great-grandchildren, Jake, Chase, Nathaniel, Jon Jon, Dakota, Trinity, and Gavin; special cousin, Henrietta Bryan of Swansboro; sisters-in-law, Gloria Mae Collins and Lucy Jones Banks; and brother-in-law, Aaron Trott.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the church.

FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held 4pm, Tuesday, at Second Baptist Church

OFFICIATING: Rev. Dennis Pruitt will officiate

BURIAL: Will follow in Mountain Rest Cemetery
