Mr. James H Hayes, a native of Cleveland County, was a member of Faith Baptist Church and served in the U. S. Navy for 12 years as a photographer. He retired from Riviere printing after 17 years and previously worked at Shelby Printing for 15 years. He received the WW II American Theater ribbon, Victory Medal and National Defense Service Medal.
