Cherryville - Mr. Joshua William Ross, 31, of 309 Tot Dellinger Road, passed
away on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center.

Josh was born in Lincoln County, NC on August 29, 1984 a son of Forrest
Ross, Jr. of Cherryville and the late Linda Dellinger Ross. He was a member
of Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Cherryville. Josh also enjoyed helping First
Baptist Church at Carolina Care Center with weekly devotions that were
written by his mother.

In addition to his father he is survived by a brother, John Ross and wife
Lorna of Cherryville; two sisters, Melanie Sherrill and husband Vince of
Lincolnton and Amanda Ross and fiancé, Will Scruggs of Cherryville and
several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be any time at the home.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at First
Baptist Church in Cherryville with Dr. Vince Hefner and Rev. Jerry Lail
officiating.

Burial will be at Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Cherryville.
