Mr. Larry Joe Vassey, 45, passed away unexpectedly, Sat., Oct. 5, 2013, after a tragic motorcycle accident. A native of Cleveland County, he is the son of Sylvia Whisnant Vassey of Shelby, and the late Larry Franklin Vassey.

SURVIVED:  In addition to his mother, he is survived by an unlimited number of family and friends, all of whom he unconditionally loved and cherished.  The family would like to thank everyone for their love, support, and prayers at this time.

MEMORIAL SERVICES: 2PM, Monday, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel

VISITATION:  The family will receive friends following the service, at the funeral home.
