 Lucille “Kitty” Allen Weathers, 90, of Shelby, passed away, May 17, 2012.  Services were held at Bethel Baptist Church.  Burial followed at Cleveland Memorial Park. 

Mrs. Weathers is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Johnnie Mae Stanley Allen  and nine brothers and sisters; one granddaughter, Donna Readling.

She is survived by two sons, Donald L. Weathers and wife Patricia of Newton, NC; Bobby Weathers and wife Carol of Georgia; four daughters, Shelby Robertson and husband Tommy of Georgia, Pat Ellis and husband Don of Gastonia, Betty Ellis and husband David, and Kathy Barclift and husband Ben both of Shelby; nine grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and seventeen great great grandchildren

Memorials may be made to Bethel Baptist Church Building Fund, 606 South Dekalb Street, Shelby, NC 28150
