Mary Ann Biggerstaff, age 58, resident of Kings Mountain, NC died April 5, 2014 at her home.  She was born in Greenwood Co. SC to the late John Nelson Palmer and Annie Irene Free Morgan.  Mary Ann was saved and baptized and a member of David Baptist Church, Kings Mtn. NC.  She enjoyed working in her flower garden and cooking for her family.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed.  She worked in the textile industry.  

SURVIVORS: Husband of 16 years: George Wilson Biggerstaff, Jr., Kings Mtn. NC; Son: William Nelson Palmer, Kentucky; Daughter: Angela Hope Mullery, and husband Kim, Rock Hill, SC; Step-Daughters: Julie White and husband James, Hope Mills, NC; Jamie Melton and husband Billy, Lawndale, NC; Step-Son: George Wilson Biggerstaff, III, Shelby, NC; Brother: William Daryl Free, Salisbury, NC; Sister: Wanda Ruth Grant, Dallas, NC; 16 Grandchildren: Sam, Allie, Shelby, Donna, Amber, Ethan, Elias, Ashley, Jonathan, Lillian, Hannah, Alyssa, Sarah, Jack, Brayden, Kaylee; 2 Great Grandchildren; Her Beloved Pets: Peeps, Minnie, Buddy, Gizmo, and Sophie. 

FUNERAL SERVICE: Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel, Wednesday, April 9, 2014, 2:00 P.M.  Rev. James White and Dr. Michael Minnix, officiating.

VISITATION: 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Tuesday evening, April 8, 2014 at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain, North Carolina

INTERMENT: Cleveland Memorial Park, Shelby, North Carolina
