Mrs. Mary Mills Skinner, 90,   of Roanoke, Va. passed away April 23, 2011.  Mrs. Skinner was a native of Monroe, NC. She worked 50 years for the Smithsonian, was a member North Roanoke  Baptist Church and  served  in   the  United States Air Force. She  was  the daughter of the  late James L.  Mills  and  Minnie   M.  Mills.  She  was also preceded  in  death  by her    husband,  Julius  Yates Mills,          brothers,  James, William,  Lathan  and David Mills.    She  is  survived  by  her   son,    James   Michael Skinner       and     daughter, Susan    Kay     King of Roanoke,  VA.; sisters,  Kathryn  R.   Francis  of Shelby, Bonnie   McSwain of Orange  Park, Florida and brothers, Joel T. Mills, Spartanburg, SC,   and Arnold L. Mills of Maiden, NC. Visitation: Cleveland Funeral  Services, Tuesday, April 26,   2011, 12 noon – 2:00 p.m. Graveside Service: Cleveland   Memorial  Park at 2:30 p.m. Officiating:    Rev.   Andy Oliver.  Burial: Cleveland Memorial Park.
