On Friday, April 3rd the Red Cross Mobile Unit from Charlotte came to Shelby. They were in the parking lot in front of Family Video seeking blood donations from 3 pm to 7:30 pm. Blood is in constant need and donors are most appreciated. Shown here is Hilda Hiott, Supervisor for the day. Always take the time to help your neighbors and give blood. It's a good thing to do.
