Mrs. Moree Johnson Duncan, 91, of 2932 Poplar Circle, Shelby, NC passed away Friday, October 22, 2010. Services were held at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel, Shelby, NC. Burial followed in Sunset Cemetery. 

Mrs. Duncan was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Cleo Humphries Johnson; 2 brothers, Jess and Gene Johnson; and 1 sister, Wilma Simmons.

She is survived by 3 sons, Wayne Duncan and wife Mary of Tryon, NC, Craig Duncan and wife Peggy of Shelby, and Bill Duncan, Jr. of Boiling Springs; 3 daughters, Doris Duncan, Kay Jones and Elizabeth Reid, all of Shelby; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and 1 sister-in-law, Dessie Johnson of Dallas, NC.
