Mr. Paul Mashburn, 89, of Walnut Street, Henrietta, NC, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2010. Services were held at Immaculate Conception Church of Forest City. 

Mr. Mashburn served our country in the U.S. Army. He was a P.O.W. during World War II.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Henry and Jennie Lee Crow Mashburn; and 1 son, Jeffery Mashburn.

He is survived by his wife, Judi Radford Mashburn; 3 sons, Perry Mashburn and Douglas Mashburn, both  of Henrietta, and Stick Mashburn of Kings Mountain; 1 daughter, Paula Board of Harrisburg, NC; 2 brothers, Billy Mashburn of Spindale and Ray Mashburn of Cliffside; 9 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
