Paul Radley Shelby, age 77 died Saturday September 14, 2013 at Kings Mountain Hospice. Born on April 20, 1936 in Cuyahoga Ohio, he was the son of the late  Jack  Shelby and Edna Slee Phillips. He worked at Reliance Electric as a Production Control Manager and enjoyed golf, gardening and fishing.

Mr. Shelby is survived by a son, David Shelby and wife Shannon Graham of Cleveland Ohio; a daughter, Christine Shelby of Switzerland; a sister, Sandra Phillips, and a brother James Phillips both of Erie Pennsylvania; and a granddaughter, Erin  Mardelle Shelby.

A gathering of friends will be held on Thursday September  19,  2013 from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home and Crematory.

The family asks that instead of flowers, memorials be made to :  Hospice Cleveland County, 951, Wendover Heights Drive, Shelby NC 28150.
