Phillip Bern Pendleton, 64, of Joes Lake Road, Shelby passed away,
Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Brian Center - Gastonia.

Born December 2, 1953 in Cleveland County, he was a son of the late Ray
Pendleton and Lily Louise Mull Pendleton. He was a retired Brick mason.

Survivors include his daughter, Melissa Scism and husband, Pad of Grover;
sister, Karen Pendleton of Shelby; Aunt Pete of Morganton; and numerous
nieces, nephews and cousins; girlfriend, Kristen Price and stepfather,
Harvey Ferree.

Visitation will be 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Saturday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral
Home.

A memorial service will be 2:00 PM, Saturday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home
Chapel.

Burial will be private.
