Rebecca Early George, age 85, a resident of Kings Mountain, died Thursday, January 2, 2014 at White Oak Manor, Kings Mountain, NC.  Born in Cleveland County, NC. , daughter of the late Jake and Cuba Cashion Early and was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Reverend Kenneth E. George, Sr.,  grandson, Eric George and 2 brothers and 2 sisters. She was retired from Parkdale Mills, Kings Mountain, NC. Rebecca was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother.

George, Jr. and wife Carol, Rancho Mirage, CA; Barry Wayne George, Cherryville, NC; Daughter: Alice Brockman and husband Mack, Cramerton, NC; Grandchildren: Cindy Moss and husband Mike, Myrtle Beach, SC; Kyle George and wife Faith, Shelby, NC; Heather Puckett and husband Will, Kings Mtn, NC; Great Grandchildren: 8   Great Great Grandchildren: 2

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Sunday, January 5, 2014 At 3:00 P.M.   Rev. Eddie Gray, officiating.

 VISITATION: 1:30 to 2:30 Sunday, January 5, 2014 at Harris Funeral Home
