Born October 28, 1924 in Crown, West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late William Daniel Ramsey and Cora Agnes Smith Ramsey. Mrs. Knight worked for Hudson's Department Store and was a founding member of Fallston Woman's
Club.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Vernon Knight, Sr. and a daughter, Jan Link.
Survivors include a son, Chuck Knight of Fallston; a daughter, Ginger Spangler and husband, Ronnie of Lawndale; six grandchildren, Will Knight, Josh Spangler, Luke Link, Katie Spangler Earl, Drew Link and Annie Knight and five great-grandchildren, Bryce Spangler, Taylor Spangler, Cooper Earl, Parker Earl and Cora Knight.
Visitation: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Sunday at Stamey Funeral Home, Fallston. At other times the family will be at the home of the daughter, Ginger Spangler, 803 W. Double Shoals Road, Lawndale.
Memorial Service: 4:00 PM, Sunday at Stamey Funeral Home Chapel, Fallston
