SHELBY - Robert "Bobby" Thomas Strickland, 61, a native of Cleveland County, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Atrium Healthcare - Cleveland surrounded by his loving family. He was born to the late Leonard and Elizabeth Champion Strickland in March of 1957. He is also predeceased by a brother, Thomas Strickland.

Robert leaves behind to cherish his memories his loving wife of 33 years, Ina England Strickland of the home; daughter, Brittany Strickland (fiance' Michael Richard); daughter, Angela Jenkins (Bryan); sister, Dena Neely; granddaughter, Kaylin Cantreras; grandson, John Cantreras.

Bobby worked in Auto Body Repair for most of his life. He enjoyed spending time with his family but mostly with his grandchildren. He will truly be missed.

A private service will be held later.
