Robert Lee Goforth, Jr. age 65, resident of Kings Mountain, passed away on April 3, 2017 at Testa Family Hospice House. Born in Cleveland County, he was the son of the late Robert L. Goforth, Sr. and Dorothy Cloninger Goforth. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Larry Goforth. He was retired from the North Carolina Department of Transportation. He enjoyed carp fishing and riding his motorcycle.

Daughter: Robin Durham and husband Adam, Indian Trail, NC

Sister: Lynn Wooten, Forest City, NC

Grandchildren: Nolen Durham and Hudson Durham.

Niece and Nephew: Gray Wooten and Shane Barnes
