Roy Lee Huffstetler, Sr., age 85, a resident of Kings Mountain, passes away July 4, 2015 at Cleveland Pines Nursing Center in Shelby. He was born in Cleveland County, NC, son of the late Thomas Edgar and Mary Ross Huffstetler. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by three grandchildren, Christopher Harleigh Huffstetler, Roy Lee "Tripp" Huffstetler, III and Jennifer "Jennie" L. Huffstetler and by his brothers and sisters. He was retired from Lithium Corp. after 35 years of service, a member of Resurrection Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kings Mountain and served in the Merchant Marines on the Great Lakes. Roy was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
