The  Shelby  Lions  Club  has  recognized  Willis  Ledbetter  as  student-of-the-month. He  attended  the  April  24th  meeting  with  his  parents,   Robert  and  Kim  Ledbetter. A  senior  at  Shelby  High, Willis  plans  to  study  music  education  at   Mars  Hill  College  after  graduation.
