Timothy Charles Willis, 42, of 122 Akers Landing, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2011 at home.  A native of Cleveland County is was the son of the late Charles Ray and Thelma Ann Walker Willis.  He was also preceded in death by an infant brother Randy Willis.  Mr. Willis was formerly employed with Broyhill in Rutherfordton.  One of his favorite past times was to fish.

Mr. Willis is survived by his wife Donna Swafford Willis and a sister Candy Willis of the home.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, November 18, 2011 at Joshua Baptist Church in Ellenboro.  The Rev. Neil Murray and Rev. Lloyd Swafford will be officiating.
