Kings Mountain - Mrs. Wanda Sherrill Webb, 71, of 121 Bill Beattie Drive,
passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at White Oak Manor in Kings
Mountain.

Wanda was born on January 18, 1947 in Iredell County, NC a daughter of the
late Fred Nelson Sherrill, Sr. and Willie Mae Thompson Sherrill. She was
retired from textiles and also Quick Way Cleaners in Cherryville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son-in-law,
Maurice Smalley; a brother, L.A. Sherrill; and a brother-in-law, James
Huffman.

Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Howard Webb, of the home; a
daughter, Kimberly Edwards Smalley of Cherryville; a son and
daughter-in-law, Wayne Edwards and wife Dorothy of Waco; granddaughter,
Taylor Nicole Edwards of Cherryville; a sister, Diane Huffman of Valdese;
two brothers, Fred Nelson Sherrill, Jr. (Kathy) of Lincolnton and Richard
Sherrill (Judy) of Denver.

The family wishes to express a special thank you to the CNA's and nurses of
White Oak Manor for the special care they gave Wanda.

Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, September 20, 2018
at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home & Cremation Service.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 21, 2018 at
Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home & Cremation Service Chapel with the Rev.
Cecil H. Spry officiating.

Burial will be at Burke Memorial Park in Morganton.
