Mrs. Willie McDaniel, 77 of Mooresboro, NC, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011 at Hospice House of Rutherford County. Services were held at A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel at McKinney-Landreth & Carroll Funeral Home.

Mrs. McDaniel was preceded in death by her husband Dewey McDaniel, Jr.; her parents William Clarence and Barbara Tallent Moore; and one daughter, Judy McDaniel.

She is survived by two daughters, Rose Marie Owens and husband Keith of Mooresboro and Mary Epley and husband Larry of Rutherfordton; two sisters, Hettie Henderson of Toluca and Betty Causby of Ellenboro; one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter.
