Betty Jean Wilkie, 64 of Kadesh Church Road, Lawndale, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at Atrium Health - Cleveland.

Born in Cleveland County, NC on October 17, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Wilkie and Betty Mellon Causby.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Douglas Causby and a sister, Selena Wilkie.

Survivors include four daughters, Chris Causby of Lawndale, Ashley Causby of Cherryville, Nicole Causby of Shelby and Melissa Causby of Fallston; a brother, Tommy Wilkie of Jacksonville, FL; a sister, Melissa Wilkie of Jacksonville, FL and nine grandchildren, Jason Costner, Cody Costner, Haley Costner, Jaxyn Woods, Elaina Canipe, Mackie Clark, Bobby Clark, Ashton Arthur and Nevaeh Arthur.

Services will be held at a later date.
