Mrs. Evelyn Chapman Stroup, 69, of Shelby, passed away on May 14, 2012. Services were held at Waco Baptist Church. Burial followed in Caperman Cemetary. Mrs. Stroup was preceded in death by the father of her children Gary Wyndol Stroup, a daughter Amy Denise Stroup, infant son Timothy Allen Stroup, brother Roger Carl Chapman, and a sister Norma Jo Deaton. She is survived by her daughter Donna Marie Stroup, her son T.A. Stroup, numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews, and several special animal friends. Memorials can be made to Hospice House of Kings Mountain. Carpenter’s Funeral Home will be serving the family. |
