Evelyn Patterson Robbins, 92, of 113 Cypress Drive, passed away on Friday, December 27th, 2024 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Born in Gaffney, she was the widow of Charles Edward Robbins and the daughter of the late Everette and Ida Eller Patterson, She was a homemaker and a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Blacksburg. She enjoyed crocheting, flowers, and hummingbirds.

Surviving Mrs. Robbins are her son, Michael Robbins (Tina) of Blacksburg; her daughters, Nancy Byars of Gaffney and Rachel Stroupe of Rougemont, NC; her sister Marcell Smith of Gaffney; 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Robbins was preceded in death by her daughter, Carol Sue Ellison, and 7 siblings.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 12:00 - 1:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary of Gaffney, 211 East Frederick Street, Gaffney, SC. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00 pm in the Gordon Mortuary of Gaffney Chapel. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
