Mr. James Edward Barrow, 68, of Shelby, NC died Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center in Shelby, NC.  He was born on December 26, 1944 in Cleveland County, NC to the late James and Pauline Mumford Barrow.
