James "Ralph" Wells, age 90 resident of Kings Mountain, NC passed away February 6, 2016 at Carolina's Healthcare System, Cleveland, Shelby, NC. He was born in Cleveland Co to the late Francis Vane Wells and Mamie Compton Wells. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Helen Wilson Wells and 9 siblings. Mr. Wells was retired from Freightliner and an active member of Oak View Baptist Church, Kings Mtn. NC where he served as former deacon. He served in the United States Navy in the Seabees during World War II.

Brother: Pete Wells, Kings Mtn. NC

Grandchildren: Jason Sellers and wife Kristie

Great Grandchildren: Dylan Sellers, Trent King, Tyson King, and Lyric Sellers.
