Born in Gaffney, he was the husband of Connie Allison and the son of Elaine Allison Mullinax. Jerry was a member of Cherokee Falls Missionary Fellowship Church. He enjoyed different types of music and playing in a number of bands. He enjoyed NASCAR, riding motorcycles, and his family. He loved his job at Indian Motorcyles.

Surviving Mr. Allison are his wife, Connie Wilson Allison; his daughter, Joni Allison Lawter; his grandsons, Bailey Pierce and Blake Long; all of Blacksburg, and host of other family and friends.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Allison was preceded by his second mother, Nettie Mae Allison.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 15, 2023 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at Cherokee Falls Missionary Fellowship Church, 207 First Street, Blacksburg, SC. Memorial services will follow at 2:00 pm with Rev. Gregg Martin officiating.

The family will be at their respective homes.
