Joseph "Joe" Taylor Wall, 82, of 414 MH Camp Hwy, Grover, passed away
Sunday, April 15, 2012 at his home.
He was born in Rutherford County, on May 23, 1929 to the late China
Cleveland Wall and Buna Novella Panther Wall. He was retired from Grover
Industries as a fixer after 29 years of service. Joe was also a member of
Community Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Larry Wayne
Wall; daughter, Buna Carolyn Wall; two brothers Clyde Wall and Martin Wall;
and two sisters, Affie Wright and Martha Wall.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Ella Robbins Wall; two sons, Ray
Glenn Wall and wife, Gwen of Grover and Billy Wall and wife Judy of
Blacksburg, SC; three daughters, Patricia "Pat" Guiton of Kings Mountain,
Martha Wilkie of Grover, and Mary Wall of Grover, two sisters, Selma Head of
Shelby and Dorothy Bridges of Drexel; seven grandchildren, Johnny Guiton,
Nicole Bolin and husband, Chris, Bonita Guiton, Chris Wall, Sharon
Montgomery and husband, Andy, David Wall and Kimberly Wilkie; and four
great-grandchildren, Devin Bolin, Josh Bolin, Austin Wall and Breanna Wall.
Visitation: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday at Community Baptist Church
Funeral Service: 4:00 PM, Tuesday at Community Baptist Church
Officiating: Rev. Vernon Craig
Burial: Community Baptist Church Cemetery
