Lloyd Albert Honeycutt, Jr., 75 of Shelby, NC passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2011. Services were held at A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel at McKinney-Landreth & Carroll Funeral Home. Burial was held at Cleveland Memorial Park. 

Mr. Honeycutt was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Miller Honeycutt; his parents, Lloyd Albert and Bertha Honeycutt; two daughters, Kathy Lynn Simmons and Sandra Gail Earls; two sisters, Ann Pennington and Margaret Reddings.

He is survived by one son, Jeffery Scott Honeycutt and wife Jo of Shelby; one daughter, Janet Hunnicutt and husband Bobby of Ellenboro; two sisters, Betty Jo Godfrey of Cliffside and Juanita Price of Easley, SC; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

McKinney-Landreth & Carroll Funeral Home is serving the Honeycutt family.
