Marabell Conaway Gregg Johnson, age 96, a resident 205 Croft Dr. Kings Mountain, NC passed away January 23, 2016 at her home. Born in Montgomery Co, OH. She was the daughter of the late Francis Marion Conway and Martha Ellen Valentine Conaway. She was also preceded in death by her first husband of 25 years, John Wilbur Gregg, Sr. and second husband of 27 years, Charles David Johnson, daughter Karen S. Gregg, and stepson John Victor Johnson. In the 1960's she was part owner of a small neighborhood business, and in the 1970's and 1980's she partnered with her husband in developing routes for Pepperidge Farm Product distribution in Michigan. She was a devoted Christian who was a selfless caretaker throughout her life.
